Larry "Pappy" Wayne Chamberlain, 71, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at his home.

He was born on March 20, 1950, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Regina Hanna Chamberlain and Finis Chamberlain. Larry was a proud Vietnam veteran of the United States Army. Singing karaoke was his absolute favorite hobby. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and building model cars. He cherished spending time with his family. Larry also loved shopping at Wal-Mart, where you would hear him whistling gospel songs. He was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Tom Chamberlain and Joseph Chamberlain.

Survivors include his wife of thirty-two years, Deborah Chamberlain; his daughter, Regina Chavonte' Homer of Madisonville; his stepsons, Tony (Ashley) Sabelhaus of Florence, KY, David (Stephanie) Kahrs and Chuck Kahrs, both of Independence, KY; his sister, Rita (Larry) Cobb of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Courtney, C.J., Rebekah, Mahari, and Ceyon; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
