Lacie Danielle Tabor, 35, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021 at her home in Madisonville, KY.

She was born in Madisonville, KY on August 29, 1986, to Anna Marie Moore of Princeton, KY, and David A. Herron of Madisonville. She previously worked at Madisonville Health and Rehab. Lacie was an occupational therapy assistant and loved taking care of her patients. She attended First Assembly of God Church.

Lacie was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Tony Herron and Arthur Pentecost.

She is survived by her mother, Anna Marie Moore of Princeton, KY and her father, David A. Herron of Madisonville, KY; step-mother, Tami Herron; husband, Cameron Tabor; son, Kaden Dame of Madisonville; daughter, Parris Tabor of Madisonville; sister, Mandi Herron of Madisonville; brothers, Curtis Herron of Madisonville and Scottie Moore and Cody Knight, both of Princeton; grandmothers, Hilda Herron, Sue Mercer, and Shortie Pentecost; grandfather, Larry Moore; aunt, Susan Adams; uncle, Larry Moore, Jr.; nephews, Myles Harrison, Memphis Vandiver, Colton Moore, Kelvin Knight, Aaron Knight, and Noah Knight; nieces, Audrey Knight and Amira Herron.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 1, 2021, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville, KY with Pastor Chris Manning officiating. Burial to follow at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville.

A visitation will be held 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Friday at the funeral home.
