Kimberly Ann Leach, 50, of Manitou, KY passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Baptist Health Madisonville.
She was born on March 6, 1968 in Henderson, KY to Donnie Weir and the late, Sharon Brown. Kimberly was employed with Oak Ridge Retirement Center in Madisonville.
Survivors include her husband, Scott Leach; her father, Donnie Weir of Florida; and her brother, Tracy Corwin of Evansville, IN.
A private memorial service will be held. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
