Keitha Gilliam, 71, of St. Charles, KY passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY.

She was born on March 16, 1953, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Ethel Nadine "Dean" Crabtree Hook and Elson "Buddy" Hook. She worked at several nursing homes in Madisonville and retired as an LPN from Regional Medical Center. She loved watching Hallmark movies, creating flower arrangements, and antiquing.

Survivors include her daughter, Tabitha (Roger) Bartow of Lubbock, TX; brothers, Tony (Sandy) Hook of Nortonville, Jerry (Lana) Kirkwood of Madisonville, Richard (Nancy) Hook of Martinsville, VA, and Larry (Teresa) Hook of Pelham, NC; sisters, Cathy (Junior) White of Chatham, VA and Teresa Parrish of St. Charles, KY; granddaughters, Katie Bartow and Kristin Bartow; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at Odd Fellows Cemetery with Pastor Eddie Fleming officiating.
