Fred Keith Kelley, 59, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

He was born on November 12, 1959 in Madisonville to the late Nelda Kelley and James Kelley. Keith was formerly employed with Carhart and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and loved watching drag racing.

Survivors include his daughters, Melissa (Brad) Law of Hanson, KY and Monica (William) Chapman of Madisonville; sister, Juanita (Timothy) Blanchard of Nebo, KY; granddaughters, Addison Law and Natalie Chapman; and his grandson, Dylan Law.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at White Plains Missionary Baptist Church 607 S. Church St. White Plains, KY with Bro. J.D. Holt officiating. Burial to be held at Odd Fellows Cemetery at a later date. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.

The visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the service hour Saturday at the church.
