Keith Allen Adams, 58, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN.

He was born on January 10, 1968, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Mamie Shaw Adams and Hulen Jasper Adams. He was a self-employed tree worker. He enjoyed working at Southside Lawn Mowers. He loved basketball, football, and softball. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. Keith attended Midway Pentecostal Church in Princeton, KY.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Ray Adams; and his grandson, Parker Hall.

His survivors include his wife of thirty-six years, Lisa Brown Adams of Madisonville; daughters, Kim (Michael) Graybill of Gaylord, MI, Ashley Adams, Hannah Adams, and Emily Adams, all of Madisonville; brothers, Gary (Nancy) Thomas Adams of St. Charles, KY, Timmy Adams and Dennis Adams, both of Madisonville; grandchildren, Jeremiah, Brooke, Lauren, Lucas, and Brody; great-grandson, Kingston; and his nieces, Kenzie, Makayla, and Olivia.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Andy Couch officiating. Burial to follow at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville, KY.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Max Byers, John Ivy, Joe Ivy, Dennis Adams, and Barry Vannoy.
