Sharon Kaye Greenwell Kelley, 52, of Drakesboro, KY, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

She was born on September 26, 1971, in Rockport, KY, to June Williams Greenwell and Ronald Greenwell, Sr. Kaye was a member of Rockport Baptist Church in Rockport, KY.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill and Mary Tipmore Greenwell and Vernon and Carrie Ashby Williams; brother, Donald Greenwell; niece, Sarah Katlyn Greenwell; and her uncle, Jackie Williams.

Survivors include her husband of twenty-five years, David Kelley; mother, June Williams Greenwell; Michael (Danielle Lott) Shields, David Lee (Kasey Lemasters) Kelley II, Christopher Kelley, and William Kelley; grandchildren, Jacob Shields and Aurora Mae Kelley; sister, Debra Greenwell Rone; brother, Lee (Charlene) Greenwell; sister-in-law, Rachel Greenwell; son at heart, Jonathon Benson; her fur baby, Buddy; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Echols General Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 5425 State Route 1245, Beaver Dam, KY 42320-9662. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
