Karen Lynn Tapp, 54, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at her home.

She was born on April 20, 1970, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Karen Campbell Adams and Roy Wayne Adams. She was formerly employed by Kroger. She enjoyed watching Yellowstone and playing with her grand-dog, Bailey. Her greatest joy was spending time with her granddaughter and her neighbors and talking with her friends. Karen was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, James William Campbell and Pearl Grace Campbell; aunt, Jan Franklin; and uncle, Bill Campbell.

Survivors include her son, Dylan (Megan) Tapp of Nebo, KY; granddaughter, Payton Tapp of Nebo; soon-to-be grandchild; her precious grand-dog; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
