Karen Jeanette Hancock Caraway, 60, of Nebo, KY, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021, in Nebo, KY.

She was born on January 13, 1961, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Nannie Bell Corbitt Hancock and Fletcher Hancock. Karen enjoyed watching television, coloring, and working crossword puzzles. She attended Lone Star Pentecostal Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby Hancock, Eugene Hancock, and Floyd Hancock; sisters, Mary Lou Hawkins and Ruthie Poe.

Survivors include her sons, Blake Caraway and Denver (Kaitlyn) Caraway; daughter, Jayda (Cody) McDowell; sisters, Shirley Richardson, Gail Farris, and Ruby Horton; brothers, John Hancock and David Hancock; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021, at Lone Star Pentecostal Church in Madisonville. Burial will be held at a later date at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.

A visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Friday at Lone Star Pentecostal Church.
