Junia "Judy" Nielsen, 97, of Hanson, KY passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Colonial Terrace in Sebree, KY.

She was born on July 21, 1921 in Patterson, IL to the late Anna and William McClenning. Judy was formerly a marketing executive at Northrup Grumell and she was of the Methodist faith. She loved gourmet cooking.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred A. Nielsen; two brothers and four sisters.

Survivors include her niece, Ann (Jerome) LeCornu of Hanson and several great nieces and great nephews.

A private burial will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
