Juanita Alexander's Obituary
Juanita Alexander, 84, of Madisonville, KY passed away at Baptist Health Madisonville on Thursday, April 16, 2015.
She was born on August 19, 1930 in Madisonville, KY to the late Nevel and James Leslie Phaup. She attended Grapevine Holiness Church in Madisonville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Mendal Ray Alexander; her son, Michael Ray Alexander and three brothers.
She is survived by her son, Daniel Alexander of Madisonville; granddaughter, Tandi (Chad) Howard of Evansville, IN; grandsons, Scott Alexander, Heath Daniel (Tabatha) Alexander and Matthew Alexander all of Madisonville; five great-grandchildren; niece, Brenda McDowell and two nephews, including Dale Phaup.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2015 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Rodney James officiating. Burial to follow at a later date in Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Saturday at Harris Funeral Home.
