JoNelle Utley Hoyer, 84, of Madisonville, KY formerly of Louisville, KY passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

She was born on January 23, 1931 in Madisonville to the late Vera and Cecil Lamb. JoNelle was formerly a realtor with ReMax in Louisville and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Hoyer; brothers, James and Tommy Lamb; and a sister, Mildred Duncan.

Survivors include her daughter, Carmen Belinda Scott and husband, Jim of Louisville; sister, Betty Oakley and husband, James of Nebo, KY; brother, Kenneth Lamb of Providence, KY; grandsons, Jimmy Scott of Seattle, WA and Bradley Scott of Louisville; granddaughter, Tiffanie Tvaroch of White House, TN; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Rev. Rick Oakley officiating. Burial to follow at Oakley Home Cemetery in Manitou, KY.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Tuesday at the funeral home.
