Jon "Mike" Harrell, 56, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

He was born on August 7, 1966, in Princeton, KY, to the late Elizabeth Teague Harrell and James M. Harrell, Sr. He was a self-employed carpenter. He loved fishing, hunting, and golfing. His greatest joy was spending time with his children and grandchildren. Mike was of the Apostolic faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Smith.

Survivors include his wife of thirty-three years, Stacy Vannoy Harrell of Madisonville; sons, Jonathan (Ashlyn) Harrell, Blake (Kara) Harrell, Jordan (Ashton) Harrell, all of Madisonville; daughter, Misty Rickard of Madisonville; sister, Jennifer (Jimmy) Todd of Madisonville; brother, Jamie (Anne) Harrell of Madisonville; sister, Amanda Lee of Gulf Shores, AL; grandsons, Kanaan, Tallyn, Bentley, and Brayden; granddaughters, Brileigh and Kaisley "Kays"; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Tim Vannoy and Bro. Monty Fuller officiating. Burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be David Law, J.T. Clark, Jamie Harrell, Jonathan Harrell, Blake Harrell, and Jordan Harrell.
