Joanne Smith Fuller, 82, of St. Charles, KY, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024, at Ridgewood Terrace Health and Rehabilitation in Madisonville.

She was born on November 16, 1941, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Retta Mae Alexander Smith and Vernon Smith. She loved cooking and baking for her family. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Joanne was a member of House of Prayer Church in Madisonville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Paula Fuller; brother, Michael Smith; and sister, Yvonne Fuller.

Survivors include her husband of sixty-seven years, Paul Fuller, Sr.; sons, Paul (Carol) Fuller, Jr. and Roger (Paula) Fuller, both of Madisonville; sister, Shirley Egbert of Madisonville; brother, Freddy (Mary Ann) Smith of St. Charles; grandchildren, Amy (Willie) Townsell, Jill (David) Moore, Nathan (Sabrina) Abbott, Adam (Haley) Fuller, Jared (Katie) Fuller, Kristi (Dewayne) Fulkerson, and Chet (Mandie) Fuller; twenty great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2024, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Daryl Gates officiating. Burial to follow at Lake Grove Cemetery in St. Charles, KY.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Abbott, Adam Fuller, Jared Fuller, Chet Fuller, Ross Moore, Will Townsell, and Ben Griffin.
