Jerry Allen Kuhns' Obituary
Jerry Allen Kuhns, 74, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at TriStar Centennial Parthenon Pavilion in Nashville, TN.
He was born on March 20, 1943 in Crawfordsville, IN to the late Irene and John Kuhns. Jerry was a United States Navy Vietnam Veteran and was a member of the American Legion, V.F.W. and the Elks. He formerly worked as an electrician for the LA Times and enjoyed motorcycle riding in his spare time.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his two brothers and a sister.
Survivors include his wife of thirteen years, Myrna Kuhns; daughter, Christie Hewes of Steep Falls, ME; step-daughters, Lisa McGinnis and Laurie Minton both of Madisonville; eleven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
