Jeffrey Lee Winebarger, 51, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at his home.

He was born on March 27, 1963 in Henderson, KY to Carl Winebarger, Sr. and the late Bobbie Jean Brown. He was retired from the United States Army National Guard and was formerly owner and operator of Quality Floor Care. Jeffrey was a member of Covenant Community Church in Madisonville.

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Paula Jo Winebarger.

He is survived by his wife, Sheron Winebarger; his father, Carl (Lula) Winebarger, Sr. of Manitou, KY; his sons, Jeffrey (Hannah) Wade Winebarger of Manitou, Travis (Ashley) Gene Winebarger and Eric Winebarger both of Madisonville; his daughters, Kiara Danielle Winebarger of Clarksville, TN and Kailee Winebarger of Madisonville; his brother, Billy (Joy) Winebarger; his sisters, Sheila Parrish and Jean Herold; his half-brothers, Carl Winebarger, Jr. and Eddie Winebarger; his granddaughter, Jessica Winebarger; his grandson, Shawn Winebarger; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Dr. Michael Knight officiating. Burial to follow in Hicklin Cemetery in Anton, Ky.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Winebarger, Travis Winebarger, Paul Steckler, Ron Cline, Steven Herold and Brandon Winebarger.
