Janice Faye Keown Sharp, 77, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

She was born on September 14, 1944, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Chloe LeGrand Keown and Alvin Keown. She was of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her husband of sixty-one years, Allen Ray Sharp of Madisonville; daughter, Cheryl Scott of Madisonville; sons, Michael Sharp of Dawson Springs, KY and Chris (Sonia) Sharp of Benton, KY; grandchildren, Brandi (Heath) Rodgers, Cory Sharp, and Megan Sharp; great-grandchildren, Kinzly Rodgers and Dylan Rodgers; several brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 26, 2022, at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville, KY with Pastor Eddie Fleming officiating. Harris Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
