Janet Louise Weingart Siavelis, 57, of of Dawson Springs, KY, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at her home.

She was born on February 18, 1965, in Chicago, IL, to  Chester Weingart and the late Yvonne Williams Weingart. She worked for the best employers in Madisonville, Eddie Byford and Larry Adcock at E & L Pets. She was the dog groomer there for thirteen years and had the best manager, Darrell. Janet wrote "I had the best partner who was always there for me with lots of warm love and strength. Russell Herrin, I thank God every day for you and your sacrifices you've made for me! And my best friend, Tina Pena! Always there! Not enough ink to write it all down! Thank you all for all your love and support during all this I've gone through. Thank you all!"

In addition to her mother, Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Siavelis; and son, Jacob Baghdadi.

Survivors include her Chester Weingart; daughters, Amira Baghdadi and Amanda Baghdadi; son, Joey Baghdadi; stepdaughter, Crystal Siavelis; and nine grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
