Helen Myers, 92, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Ridgewood Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center in Madisonville.

She was born on September 10, 1924 in Earlington, KY to the late Pauline and Johnnie Hayes.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Myers; daughter, Rebecca Myers; sister, Adie Lee Hayes; and brothers, Jim Hayes and Wayne Hayes.

Survivors include her son, Toby Myers and wife, Karen of Eddyville, KY; daughters, Tonda Patterson and husband, Jackie of Madisonville and Paula Mosch and husband, Brian of Hopkinsville, KY; grandson, Eric Myers and wife, Reesie of Madisonville; great-grandchildren, Madison, Sophie and Jaxon; brothers, Tommy Hayes and wife, Ginger of Earlington, Kenny Hayes and wife, Ann of Madisonville and John Hayes of Madisonville; sisters, Evelyn Perkins of Barnsley, KY and Jo Ann Ashby of Nortonville, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of the arrangements. A private service will be held at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made in Helen's memory to the Hopkins County Humane Society.
