Gracie M. Johnson's Obituary
Gracie M. Johnson, 80, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Baptist Health Madisonville.
She was born on September 17, 1933 in Charleston, Ky to the late Noel Mitchell and Mary Menser Mitchell. She was formerly a secretary for the Madisonville Community College. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Madisonville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Johnson; and her daughter, Jackie Johnson.
She is survived by her son, Kirby Johnson of Madisonville; and her brother, Barney (Carolyn Faye) Mitchell of Greenville, KY.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2014 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Dr. Joe Leonard officiating. Burial to follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Thursday at Harris Funeral Home.
