Grace M. Spriggs, 87, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Ridgewood Terrace Health and Rehab in Madisonville.

She was born on July 13, 1931 in Anton, KY to the late Lottie and Turner Devine. Grace retired from Kroger in Madisonville and was a member of Lone Star Pentecostal Church. She loved her dogs and enjoyed taking care of people and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Carroll Wallace, Jr.; brothers, Paul and Guy; sisters, Charlcie, Dorotha and Lavern; grandsons, Jonathan Spriggs and Travis Bess; and great-grandsons, Danny Skimehorn and Kaden Spriggs.

Survivors include his son, Danny (Sharon) Spriggs of Madisonville; grandchildren, April, Tony, Chris, Tracey, Nathan, Crystal, Troy and Brittany; great-grandchildren, Brett, Logan, Joseph, Tanner, Madison, Dylan, Braydin, Avery, Farrah, Hunter, and Owen; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Rev. Ron Elliott officiating. Burial to be held at a later date at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Madisonville.

The visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday at the funeral home.
