Gaylon Betar, 57, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

He was born on August 30, 1962 in Madisonville to the late Alleen Cunningham Betar and Elias Betar. He was of the Pentecostal faith. Gaylon enjoyed fishing and hunting.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Betar.

Survivors include his daughter, Lauren (Robert) Boucher of Mortons Gap, KY; fiancee', Brenda Green of Madisonville; sister, Elease Kinney of Madisonville; four grandchildren; and four nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2020 at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville with Pastor Chuck Evans officiating. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of the arrangements.
