Frank Dudley Phelps' Obituary
Frank Dudley Phelps, 83, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Ridgewood Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center in Madisonville following a long illness.
He was born on November 26, 1932 in Providence, KY to the late Harry B. and Ava L. Phelps. Frank retired from Lebco Hydraulics and was a member of Second Baptist Church in Madisonville.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Donald Phelps and a sister, Wanda L. Wedaking.
Survivors include his daughter, Sherry D. Todd and son-in-law and principal caregiver, Bobby of Madisonville; son, Ricky D. Phelps of Madisonville; sister, Marilyn Edmiston and husband, Raymond of Madisonville; grandson and "the light of his life", Jason Phillips of Madisonville; granddaughter; Candace Phelps of Madisonville; two great-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of the arrangements.
