Felix Thomas Carroll's Obituary
Felix Thomas Carroll, 80, of Madisonville, KY. passed away at 1:15 a.m. on Saturday December 11, 2010 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.
He was born on September 10, 1930 in Hopkins County, KY. to the late Felix Aloney Carroll and Georgia Keiser Carroll. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was a former mine engineer with Island Creek Coal Co. He was a member of the VFW Post 5480. He was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Carroll and one grandson, Mark Mitchell.
He is survived by his wife, Cora Lee Carroll; two daughters, Kim Travis of Madisonville and Cris Cooley of Eldorado, Il.; a brother, Russell Carroll of Ilsley, KY., a sister, Betty Alexander of Gallatin, TN.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
As per Felix's request there will be no visitation or service.Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
