Allen Eugene Forker, Sr., 85, of Manitou, KY, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at his home.

He was born on November 18, 1936, in Onton, KY, to the late Della Forker and Arthur Forker. He retired from American Mine Tool as a machine operator. He loved watching wrestling at live events and on the television and spending time with his grandchildren. Eugene was of the Christian faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ann Forker; brothers, brothers, Edmond Forker and Lois Forker; and sisters, Sue Reynolds, Laurabelle Jones, and Virginia Helen Alexander.

Survivors include his son, Allen (Jolene) Forker, Jr. of Manitou, KY; sister, Faye Still Ninnekah; two grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Taylor officiating. Burial to follow at Hanson Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Greg Townsend, Zack Paul, Katie Stone, Tomas Olvera, Alicia Olvera, and Brandon Stone.
