Enos J. Marks, 80, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016 at Ridgewood Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center in Madisonville.

He was born on February 28, 1936 in Madisonville to the late Rosa Lee Jenkins and Sam Jenkins. Enos was a United States Army Veteran and was a self employed carpenter. He liked watching Western movies and listening to gospel and country music. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-daughters, Christine Campbell and Sherry Johnson; and a sister, Anna Louise Stanley.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Lee Marks; son, William Marks of Madisonville; daughter, Darlene Sheppard of Henderson, KY; step-sons, Bernard Campbell III of Illinois and James A. Campbell of Illinois; step-daughters, Debbie Baird of Texas and Louise Hopper of Henderson, KY; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2016 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Len Young officiating. Burial will be private. Military honors will be conducted by the Hopkins County Honor Guard.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the funeral hour Thursday at the funeral home.
