Ellen "Bobbie" Henley, 84, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

She was born on October 7, 1931 in Madisonville, Ky to the late Nina Lucille Jones and Ernest David Jones. Ellen was co owner of Henley's Jotum Down Store in Madisonville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Edward Henley; brothers, Earl Wayne Jones and Glenver Jones; and a sister, Velma Poole.

Survivors include her sons, David Wayne Henley and wife, Lisa, Doug Henley and wife, Suzanne all of Madisonville, Jeff Henley of Nortonville, KY and James Henley and wife, Christy of Madisonville; daughters, Janet Henley of Madisonville and Carol Daugherty and husband, Brian of Providence, KY; brother, Bill Jones of Hopkinsville, KY; sister, Barbara Hughes and husband, Tom of Eddyville, KY; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The Pallbearers will be Ellen's grandsons.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2015 in the chapel of Harris Funeral home in Madisonville. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour Friday at the funeral home.
