Elizabeth Anita Copley Perez, 54, of Madisonville, KY passed away on August 2, 2021 at her home.

She was born on August 14, 1966, in Pasadena TX. She loved collecting Lucille Ball memorabilia, playing Tetris, and working puzzles.

She is survived by her sons, Thomas Perez of Baytown, TX, and John Perez of Houston, TX.

A private memorial service to be held at a later date.
