Dottie Rainwater Madisonville, Ky.-Dottie Rainwater, 93, of Madisonville, Ky. died at 3:15 a.m., Saturday, January 31, 2009, at NHC Healthcare in Madisonville.

She was born May 27, 1915 in Hopkins County, Ky. to the late Robert Edward Villines and Nola Elizabeth Buchanan Villines. She was a Nurse Aide at several local nursing homes. She was a member of Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Grover L. Rainwater; four sisters; and two brothers.

She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Dearl Bryant of Madisonville; one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Yvonne of Madisonville; four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2009, in the chapel at Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. J.D. Holt officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville, Ky.

Pallbearers will be Michael Bryant, Eddie Hobbs, David Hill, Jimmy Greathouse, Jason Rainwater, and Zachary Hill.
