Donna A. Sisk's Obituary
Donna A. Sisk, 78, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 1:10 a.m. on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Hillside Villa Care and Rehabilitation Center in Madisonville.
She was born on September 6, 1934 in Sheffield, AL to the late Ernestine B. Sisk and Carl Melton Sisk. She was employed with Regional Medical Center for over forty-three years as a room clerk and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Madisonville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Jane Marie Sisk and Jo Sisk West.
She is survived by her two sisters, Sue (Frank) Craver of Waverly, TN and Elizabeth "Libby" (Benny) Pearl of Bonair, GA; three nieces and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Rev. Dale A. Carden officiating. Burial to be held at a later date.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home.
