Donna Barton Boyd, 63, of Nortonville, KY passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, KY.

She was born on April 2, 1956 in Madisonville, KY to Esta Pauline Perkins Boyd and the late Herman Elvis Barton. Donna was employed at Baptist Health in the Housekeeping Department and was a member of Good Hope Church in Nortonville. She enjoyed attending auctions and loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Joe Boyd and her son, Billy Joe Boyd.

Survivors include her mother, Esta Pauline Boyd of St. Charles, KY; sons, Dorris (Suzanne) Boyd of Crofton, KY and Tommy (Lora) Boyd of Madisonville; brothers, Clarence Barton, George Barton, Randy Barton and William Boyd; grandchildren, Amanda Roberson McCormic, Kyle Boyd, Brittany Boyd, Casey Boyd, Daisey Boyd, Jacob Boyd, Cameron Boyd and Pacen Boyd; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at Noon on Monday, March 16, 2020 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Pastor Larry Phaup officiating. Burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Nortonville.

The visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Monday at the funeral home.

The pallbearers are Dorris Boyd, George Barton, Anthony Stone, Randy Barton, Clarence Barton, Jacob Boyd, Seth Barton and William Boyd.
