Donald Franklin "Donnie" Midgett, 62, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

He was born on March 15, 1954 in Madisonville, KY to the late Gladys Midgett Frances and Louis Benson Midgett. Donnie was a self employed truck driver and in his spare time enjoyed restoring old cars.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Vicki Lynn Midgett on February 25, 2016; his brother, Bobby Midgett and his sister, Josie Williams.

Survivors include his sister, Linda Coble and husband, Gary of Madisonville; brother, Jim Midgett of Henderson, KY; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2016 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Tommy Hayes officiating. Burial to follow at Bethlehem Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Thursday at the funeral home.
