Dewey Conrad III, 50, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2021, at Deaconess Gateway in Evansville, IN.

He was born in Madisonville on December 7, 1970, to Patty Conrad and the late Dewey Conrad II. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Shannon Conrad Cain.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry Pleasant Conrad of Madisonville; daughters, Emily (Steven) Dykes of Onton, KY, Andrea Conrad of Madisonville, and Brittany Conrad of Evansville, IN; sons, Kenneth Pleasant and Dylan Conrad, both of Evansville; brother, Kevin Conrad of Hanson, KY; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his mother, Patty (Kyle) Conrad of Madisonville.

A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021, in the chapel at Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville.
