Dennis Alan Burden, 71, of Slaughters, KY, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

He was born on October 5, 1953, in Selma, AL, to the late Ellen Hayes Burden and Clifford Dennis "C.D." Burden. He was formerly employed as an electronics instructor at ITT in Evansville, IN. He enjoyed motorcycles and ham radios. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of forty-seven years, Kathi Stutler Burden of Slaughters; sons, James Burden of Evansville and Andrew Burden of Murray, KY; brothers, Dale (Norma) Burden and Duane (Teresa) Burden; sister, DeAnna (Craig) Parker; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
