Delores Ann Buchanan Edwards, 77, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at her daughter's home in Madisonville.

She was born on April 30, 1948, in Henderson, KY, to the late Mary Mills Buchanan and Frank Buchanan. She was a self-employed sitter. She enjoyed her dogs and gardening. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, C.L. Edwards; son, Dwight Harmon; brother, Bill Buchanan; and sister, Kay Buchanan.

Her survivors include her daughter, Charlene Wheeldon of Madisonville; son, Greg (Lisa) Harmon of Henderson; brothers, Larry (Shirley) Buchanan and Eugene Buchanan, both of Henderson; sister, Joyce (Gomer) Sheffer of Henderson; grandsons, Trevor (Ashby) Harmon of Owensboro, KY, Frankie Wheeldon of Madisonville, and Cody Harmon of Sebree, KY; and two great-grandsons.

A memorial service and private family burial will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.

Pallbearers are Frankie Wheeldon, Trevor Harmon, Cody Harmon, David Buchanan, and Joey Buchanan.
