Deborah Ann Chamberlain, 62, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at her home.

She was born on June 5, 1959, in Walton-Verona, KY, to the late Janett Crase Elam and Leo Kenton Burden. She enjoyed playing Facebook games, working word search puzzles, watching crime tv, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Wayne Chamberlain; and her brother, Wayne Burden.

Survivors include her daughter, Regina Chavonte' Homer of Madisonville; her sons, Tony (Ashley) Sabelhaus, David (Stephanie) Kahrs and Chuck Kahrs, all of Independence, KY; her sisters, Pam Lucas, Nancy (Frankie) Lopez, Brenda Bowman, and Lena (Don) Elam, all of Walton, KY, and Teresa Day of Covington, KY; her grandchildren, Courtney and C.J. Kahrs, and Rebekah Kahrs; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
