Debra "Debbie" Lynn Davis Stearsman, 60, of Mortons Gap, KY passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville.

She was born on January 14, 1959 in Madisonville to the late Betty Jo Epley Davis who passed away on June 9, 1999 and Paul Franklin Davis who passed away on November 4, 2004. Debbie attended Lone Star Pentecostal Church in Madisonville and was a bible quiz coach at the church. She retired from General Electric after twenty-eight years. Debbie enjoyed traveling and having fun in the sun and she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She loved being a wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her infant granddaughter, Alexandria Lynn Young on September 30, 2010; and several angel grandbabies.

Survivors include her husband, Robert A. Stearsman; sons, Benjamin (Mary) Riggs, Matt (Jennifer) Stearsman and Adam (Thea) Riggs; daughter, Jennifer (Tony) Young; sister, Paula (Donnie) Cox; and brother, Timothy (Wendy) Davis; grandchildren, Allen Young, Austin Young, Brice Stearsman, Harper Riggs, Aden Young, Remy Riggs, Thatcher Riggs, and soon to be born, baby Boy Riggs; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2019 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Heath Ferguson officiating. Burial to follow at Old Salem Cemetery in Mortons Gap.

The visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Saturday at the funeral home.

The pallbearers are Adam Riggs, Ben Riggs, Matt Stearsman, Tony Young, Kent Baldwin and Jeremy Dwire. Honorary pallbearers are Mike Stearsman, Kris Stearsman and Andrew Davis.
