Debbie Lynn Greenwell, 58, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at her home.

She was born on February 22, 1958 in Madisonville to the late Carroll Mayfield Rickard and Claudia Ann Grant. Debbie worked at Western Kentucky Hospital Services for 16 years. In her spare time she enjoyed puzzles and watching television.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Orville Wells, Mable Ruth Morris, and Gerlie and Olia May Rickard; and her brother, Mark Anthony Rickard.

Survivors include her husband, Jason Greenwell; brothers, Keith Rickard and C.W. Rickard both of Madisonville; step-daughter, Whitney Greenwell of Newburgh, IN; step-brother, Kevin Crook of Madisonville; step-sister, Dawn Dunlap of Charleston, KY; granddaughter, Audrey Erma Lynn Lamar; several nieces and nephews; and several great- nieces and great-nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Tommy Hayes officiating. Burial will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Cherry Grove Cemetery in Weir, KY.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the service hour Friday at the funeral home.
