Dawn Hancock, 49, of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022, at Tristar Summit Medical in Nashville, TN.

She was born December 10, 1972, in Paducah, KY to Linda Staton Leek and the late Jeff Leek, Sr. She loved cooking and listening to Christian music. Dawn was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Hancock of Hopkinsville; mother, Linda Staton Leek of Hopkinsville; brother, Jeff Leek, Jr. of Hopkinsville; sons, Shawn (Katie) Hancock of Crofton, KY and Ryan (Jaycee) Hancock of Hopkinsville; daughter, Kimberly (Donnie) Harris of Hopkinsville; grandchildren, Tyler Hancock, Abby Hancock, Berkley Hancock, Maddix Hancock, Lane Harris, and Silas Harris; niece, Laci Leek; and nephew, Huntor Leek.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at New Barren Springs Baptist Church in Hopkinsville with Rev. Allan Stokes, Sr. officiating.
