David "Dave" Henley, 67, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

He was born on October 6, 1952 in Morganfield, KY to the late Ellen Francis "Bobbie" Jones Henley and Wayne Edward Henley. David was a United States Army Military Police Corps Veteran and was a retired carpenter. He liked to fish and loved getting together with family and telling stories.

Survivors include his wife of twenty-four years, Lisa Hazel Henley; children, Matt (Amy Fox) Henley of Madisonville, Maureen Shultz of Madisonville and Andrew (Lindsey) Daugherty of Nebo, KY; sisters, Janet Henley of Madisonville and Carol (Brian "Little Man") Daugherty of Providence, KY; brothers, Doug (Sue) Henley, Jeff Henley and Jim (Christy) Henley all of Madisonville; grandchildren, Caitlin (Nick) Hopper, Marshall Henley, Sam Henley, Camden Shultz, Liam Shultz, Micah Daugherty, Addilynn Shultz and Johnny Lee Daugherty; a great-granddaughter due this month, Henley K. Hopper; aunt, Barbara (Tom) Hughes of Eddyville, KY; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service and burial will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
