David "Davy" Eugene Riggs Jr., 30, of Nebo, KY passed away at 1:50 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2013 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

He was born on October 14, 1982 in Madisonville, KY. He was a part of the Madisonville North Hopkins High School 2001 graduating class. He enjoyed watching wrestling on TV. He attended Concord General Baptist Church in Manitou, KY.

He is preceded in death by two aunts Genise Riggs and Littie Frances Riggs.

He is survived by his parents, Lisa Wells of Hopkinsville, KY and David Eugene Riggs Sr. of Nebo, KY; his grandparents, Bob and Louise Riggs of Nebo, Gilbert "Bud" and Faye Dexter of Madisonville; his aunts and uncles, Bobby Joe Jr. and Trina Riggs of Manitou, Mike and Sherron Rickard of Madisonville, Annette Riggs of Nebo, Randy and Leann France of Providence, Keith and Diane Dexter of Madisonville; and several more aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2013 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Eddie Fleming officiating and Bro. Charles Lutz assisting. Burial to follow in Onton Cemetery in Onton, KY.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Thursday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Riggs, Nick Burdin, Melissa Riggs, Justin Turner, Jared Turner and Shanna Turner.
