Darwin Carroll Watts, 76, of Manitou, KY, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY.

He was born on April 27, 1947, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Carrie Marks Watts and Neal Watts. He was formerly employed as a mechanic in the railroad industry. He loved golfing, motorcycle riding, and woodworking. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan. Darwin was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Donnie Watts and Melvin Watts.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Mary Hayes Watts of Manitou; daughters, Shelly (Nick) Cook of Madisonville and Janette (Frank) Constantino of San Antonio, TX; grandsons, Eric McGlothlin, Ethan Constantino, Avery Constantino, and Noah Cook; granddaughters, Meagann Manger, Emily Schmidt, Audrey Constantino, and Alyson Cook; great-grandchildren, Madelynn Manger, Harrison Manger, and Maeve McGlothlin; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Bro. Elgon Harvey officiating. Burial to follow at Grapevine Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Ethan Constantino, Frank Constantino, Avery Constantino, Nick Cook, Eric McGlothlin, and Dane Schmidt.
