Cynthia Winstead Datel, 67, of Humble TX formerly of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at her home.

She was born on March 7, 1955, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Geraldine Dorris Faulk. She was formerly a self-employed landscaper. She had a passion for animal rescue. Cynthia was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by step-father, Ernest Dean Faulk; brother, Rodger Dean Faulk; and sister, Karen Wilson.

Survivors include her husband, Samuel Datel; sisters, Valerie (Tim) Griffey, Renae (Johnny) Miller, and Sherry (Jerry) Hobgood, all of Madisonville; brother, Steven (Pam) Faulk of Madisonville; half-sister, Laura Beth Jansen of Washington; half-brother, Steven Jansen of California; and several nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
