Cora Lee Carroll's Obituary
Cora Lee Carroll, 82, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 10:15 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at NHC Healthcare Madisonville.
She was born on August 5, 1932 in St. Charles, KY to the late Bessie Catherine Knox and Thomas Hill Knox. She was formerly the manager at the Hopkins County Christian Food Bank in Madisonville. Cora was a member of Immaculate Conception and was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Earlington, Ky.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Carroll; daughter, Cynthia Carroll; brother, Jack Knox; sister, Sue Middleton and grandson, Mark Mitchell.
She is survived by daughters, Kim Travis of Madisonville and Chris Cooley of Eldorado, IL; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be held at a later date with Father Fogle officiating. Burial to follow at a later date. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of the arrangements.
