Connie Peyton Gibson, 43, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

She was born on April 8, 1972 in Madisonville, KY to Linda Joyce Sumpter and Carroll Peyton. Connie was the assistant manager at the Dollar Tree in Madisonville and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her mother, Linda Joyce Sumpter and step-father, Bill of Earlington, KY; her father, Carroll Peyton and step-mother, Judie of Madisonville; brother, Tommy Peyton and wife, Kathy of Madisonville; sisters, Lannette Howton and husband, Greg and Carla Thomas and husband, Mike all of Madisonville; half sister, Tammy McGregor and husband, Matt of Nortonville, KY; half brother, Stephen Peyton and wife, Chrissy of Owensboro, KY; step-sisters, Sharon Lamb of Eddyville, KY, Karen Brown of Madisonville and Laura Richardson and husband, Kyle of Hanson, KY; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2015 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Eddie Fleming officiating and Bro. Kim Hudson assisting. Burial to follow in Concord Cemetery in Manitou, KY.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Peyton, Greg Howton, Mike Thomas, Stephen Peyton, Matt McGregor and Shawn Branson.
