Cody Wayne Allen, 22, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 7:48 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Baptist Health Madisonville.
He was born on December 21, 1991 in Madisonville, KY to Deborah Allen. He was formerly employed with Roberts Auto Body in Madisonville. He was of the Christian faith.
He is survived by his mother, Deborah Allen; his sister, Chelsy (Andrew) Marlow; his brother, Zachary Allen; his grandparents, Priscilla and Kenneth Caraway; his niece, Brinklee Marlow and his nephew, Damien Marlow all of Madisonville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2014 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Pastor Michael Orten officiating. Burial to follow in Flat Creek Cemetery in Mortons Gap, Ky.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral hour Friday at Harris Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Caraway, Andrew Marlow, Eric Sellers, West Bosworth, Andy Mitchell and Jake Caraway.
