Claudie Oakley's Obituary
Claudie Oakley, 72, of Hanson, Ky. passed away at 2:05 p.m. on Friday, October 21, 2011 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, Ky.
He was born on November 11, 1938 in Hanson to the late Junior Louis Oakley and Lillian Yarbrough Oakley. He was formerly a self-employed carpenter.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a twin brother, Audie Oakley.
He is survived by his cousin and caregiver, Morris "Sug" (Linda) Cunningham of Hanson and several other cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2011 in Hanson Cemetery in Hanson, Ky. with Bro. Richard Sisk officiating. Burial to follow.
There will be no visitation. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
