Clarence Eugene Perkins, 66, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 3:20 a.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

He was born on February 9, 1946 in Wilcox, AZ to the late Tildie Mozell Perkins and Clarence B. Perkins. He was a self-employed construction worker and attended The Church of the Nazarene in Madisonville.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Misty Marie Perkins; his brother and three sisters.

He is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Celeste Perkins; his daughter, Kimberly (Anthony) Beeny-Burford of Madisonville; his grandson, Kent Eugene Beeny of Evansville, IN; five granddaughters, Makayla Brooke Beeny, Victoria Marie Burford, Aubrey Misty Rose Burford, Kimi Jolee Burford all of Madisonville and Jazz Celeste Singer of Colorado; four brothers, four sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at The Church of the Nazarene in Madisonville with Pastor Daniel Bradshaw officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday at Harris Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Saturday at The Church of the Nazarene.
