Chasta Lane Fuller Winebarger, 46, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Heartford House in Owensboro, KY.

She was born on June 6, 1978, in Madisonville, KY, to Ricky Fuller and the late Penelope Elaine Tyson. She enjoyed watching 48 Hours. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandson. Chasta was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Winebarger, Jr. of Madisonville; father and step mother, Ricky and Susan Fuller of Madisonville; daughter, Nichole Kemble of Madisonville; son, Brandon (Kennedy) Kemble of White Plains, KY; and grandson, Kingdyn Johnson of Madisonville.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Old Salem Cemetery in Mortons Gap, KY, with Bro. Tommy Basham officiating. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of the arrangements.
