Charlotte Spence Dunlap, 65, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at her home.

She was born on June 14, 1949 in Madisonville, KY to the late Anna Mae Cavanaugh Spence and Charles Wesley Spence, Jr. Charlotte retired after thirty-two years with the Hopkins County Court House and was a lifelong member and elder of First Presbyterian Church in Madisonville. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Wesley Spence III.

She is survived by her husband, Ray Dunlap; aunt, Rena Hopkins and her uncle, Dallas (Barbara) Cavanaugh, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2015 at First Presbyterian Church in Madisonville with Pastor Lon Lorton officiating and Rob Wilson and Dennis Lawrence assisting. Burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Monday at the church.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Carroll, Frank Latham, Mike Franklin, Tim Major, Randall Browning and Walter South, Jr.
